Here at AMT's Janitorial Cleaning Services, we take pride to ensure that every edge and corner in your new space is safe, cleaned and ready for you to move into. Our after construction cleaning is very accommodating and we will work with any General Contractors.

 

In out Post Construction Cleaning Process:

 

1). The Initial phase one cleaning or hard clean is typically where we come in and remove all large debris, heavy dust, caulking, paint over spray, adhesives. We clean glass doors, windows, window sills, partitions. We also wipe down all door frames, baseboards etc..

 

2). Final Clean or Move in Ready Clean: In this process we repeat every thing in Initial phase one but also handle all the detail cleaning. All cabinets are wiped down top to bottom. Restrooms are cleaned, all including fixtures and baseboards get that special touch. We will also wipe down all horizontal corners to make sure all dust webs are disposed of. The floors will be floor scrubbed with a floor scrubber and then final mopped with a neutral floor cleaner and mop.
